Wood waste and biomass processing

Wood waste processing undergoes depending on some different wood conditions and, on the other hand in the scope of energetic processing.

In our wood waste processing installation we can divide by steering, just at the time og coming every single part of material and by pre-sifting the following groups of material:

A I: unprocessed wood
A II: painted, varnished and bedded wood without halogenoorganic layer
A III: painted, varnished and bedded wood bedded with organic halogen layer
A IV: wood processed by the wood-protection means

To the category of wood waste from A I to A III belong in example pallets, transport boxes, wood furniture, kitchen devices and similar. To the category A IV i.e. railway sills, posts, forest fence etc.

Wood waste groups pre-sorted in that way are purified according to their recycling direction. The recycling can include elements as follows:

• manual segregation of disturbed materials or additional sorting before comminution
• one-stage, two-stage or three stage comminution
• cutting out of ironed and unironed metal by magnet
• cutting out of minerals, as i.e. concentrate remains from wood lining by weeding-out process
• different granularity wood weeding-out process for different recycling proposes
• storing on open slag heaps, in boxes, containers
• preparing and transport to the wood cleaning facility
