Waste paper sorting

The waste paper sorting plot we have established in 2001. Its technical heart is the optoelectronic sorting mode.

Delivered material is pre-sifting, where separating from big material parties take time. During this process the DIN A4 bigger cardboard packaging are separated and taken to the bunker with cardboard product.

Then the new technology will be applied. Colourful high resolution camera and CMYK sensor will identify cardboards and coloured papers and every disturbed substation. At the same time their position on the transport tape will be recognized and the compressed air valve, that blow materials will be activated. Additional manual sorting is for assuring quality.

Different paper qualities (mixed paper, cardboards and coloured produce, that can be ironed with magazines) are either ironed in the beams or transported by the truck to as widely goods to the paper industry.
